  1. Client submitted their event inquiry

  2. Within 48 hours, one of our directors reached out to the client to map out the event day, including performances, attire, schedule,, and special requests

  3. After the initial conversations, we locked down the quote and immediately set the roster of drummers

  4. Customized music and routines were prepared within thematic elements of the event

  5. The day of the event, our cast arrived promptly and prepared with multiple musical pieces prepared, especially for last second itinerary changes

  6. Our drumline brought the heat, bringing up the energy with high energy tunes, flashy stick tricks, and slick choreography

  7. At the end of the event, our drumline lead confirmed closure with the client before packing up
